Discounted Rent
We offer properties on a discounted (intermediate) rent basis where rent is charged at 80% of current market rent. To qualify for intermediate rent you must meet the HomeBuy criteria.
Properties available for discounted rent are for those applicants who are unable to purchase a home of their choice due to a lack of mortgage deposit, but would not qualify for social housing.
